Beginning of the implementation of the international project "Designing green growth learning aids for young persons with disabilities” through the Erasmus Plus program

Youth with disabilities face multiple forms of discrimination which may lead to their exclusion from society and school. Attitudes toward children with disabilities, as well as the lack of resources to accommodate them, compound the challenges they face in accessing education. While lack of access to school is an issue, an equal concern is the inability of the education system to ensure quality education for youth with disabilities. In consequence, they suffer from low self esteem and lack the needed skills or knowledge to be able to apply for suitable jobs.

The project "Designing green growth learning aids for young persons with disabilities” brings together 6 partners from 6 countries:

Partner 1: Mreza za Dozivotno Ucenje, The Republic of North Macedonia

Partner 2: Asociatia Babilon Travel,  Romania

Partner 3: AUSTRIAN ASSOCIATION OF INCLUSIVE SOCIETY, Austria

Partner 4: Udhëtim i Lirë, Albania

Partner 5: Perform On Top, Sweden

Partner 6: Avrasya Yenilikçi Toplum Derneği, Turkey

  3. To promote these learning aids as a public good, especially to interested stakeholders, and to introduce them in the learning process of schools as extracurricular activities.
  4. To promote the concept of a culture of Green growth in each of the countries and regions
